The 1^st Commitment for the 2013 Motor Vehicle Excise Tax bills for vehicles owned on January 1^st, 2013 have been mailed to the owner’s address on file with the Registry of Motor Vehicles.

The bills are due and payable in full by March 22^nd. 2013.
