The Brockton Planning Department will hold a public hearing Tuesday, July 10th at 7 p.m. in the Arnone Elementary School Auditorium, 135 Belmont St., for the purpose of presenting and discussing proposed renovations to the James Edgar Playground. The city is pursuing a Parkland Acquisitions and Renovations for Communities (PARC) Grant from the Massachusetts Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs in order to fund the proposed renovation.
