The Council on Aging, 10 Father Kenney Way, will hold a Wii Bowling Demonstration Tuesday, Feb. 7^th at 1:30 p.m. with Beth Jordan, AD and Lisa Higgins Activity Assistant of West Acres Nursing Home and Rehabilitation. See how much fun exercise can be. Wii can be played sitting or standing. Some of its’ therapeutic benefits include improved hand-eye coordination, balance, posture and hand/wrist movement.
