The Brockton Public Library book club meets monthly during the school year. This month's meeting will be Saturday, Feb. 4^th from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Main Library, 304 Main St. 

Led by Lucia Shannon, the group discusses works written by authors from all over the globe. The February choice is "My Jim" by Nancy Rawls. The group makes selections each month, alternating male and female authors, and deliberately choosing authors from different continents. New members are always welcome. Members get to suggest titles for the group. Refreshments are always served and often relate to the book's setting.
