National Night Out Against Crime

National Night Out Against Crime will take place Tuesday, Aug. 2nd from 3-9 p.m. at Campanelli Stadium, 1 Feinberg Way. 

Activities include: a motorcade of police, fire and military vehicles at 4 p.m.; pony rides and a pie eating contest at 6 p.m.; and a Brockton Rox home game starting at 7:05 p.m.

Entertainment will include: Rob Peters, face paiting,Freddie the Fire Truck, appearances by Brockton Rox mascot K-O, McGruff the Crime Dog, Spark; a K-9 demonstration, child ID program, clowns, and more.

Four bicycles will be given away -- youth will recieve a free raffle ticket when they enter the stadium.

Limited free beverages will be provided, and food will also be available for purchase at the concession stands.

National Night Out Against Crime is hosted by the Partnership for Safer Communities.  Member towns include: Abington, Avon, Bridgewater, Brockton, East Bridgewater, Easton, Holbrook, Randolph, Stoughton, West Bridgewater, and Whitman.
