The DPW Utilities Division consists of the Sewer and Water sections. The Utilities Division is responsible for sending out approximately 25,000 utility bills quarterly.
YOUR UTILITY BILL
Your bill should have an “A” (Actual) or an “O” (Owner) next to the current water reading. If your bill shows any letter other than an “A” or “O” please contact the Billing Office at 508-580-7143.
The City of Brockton is working with USI Services, Inc. installing new radio water meters in every property on the municipal water supply, please be aware that this installation is being done at no cost to you and is mandatory per City Council Order Section 23-26, failure to respond may result in termination of the water service and may be subject to a $25.00 fine per day until access granted.
