The Brockton TRIAD is a joint effort supported by the Plymouth County Sheriff's Office, District Attorney, Mayor's Office, Brockton Police Department, Brockton Fire Department and the Brockton Housing Authority. SALT/TRIAD members focus on efforts to improve the safety, security and peace of mind of our seniors. The group meets on the third Monday of every month at 9:30 a.m. at the COA. The meetings are open to the public.

Every year the committee holds a Health and Safety Fair which gives seniors an opportunity to hear about different programs and services.

Current SALT/TRIAD projects

FILE OF LIFE - A magnet-type folder containing your medical information is placed on your refrigerator and is intended to alert emergency responders.

PROJECT LIFESAVER - This is a vital law enforcement tool that finds missing people with Alzheimer's and related conditions and reunites them with their family members or caregivers. Individuals in the program wear personalized wristbands that emit unique tracking signals. For more information you can contact the COA at (508) 580-7811.
